We will send your order anywhere in Germany by DHL or by Deutsche Post. Our standard delivery charge for any order is € 4.90 which includes postage and packaging. With any inquiries, we would be grateful if you could quote a telephone number on which you can be reached during the daytime.

Other countries within the EU: We make a delivery charge of € 9.50, which applies to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland and Spain.

World wide: The standard delivery charge is € 15.00.

Orders will only be dispatched if all previous deliveries have already been paid for. The goods will remain the entire property of best4travellers shop/Robert Heydecke until payment.

Deliveries within Germany will be made within 3 working days of receipt of payment. The delivery times will be indicated for each product. A few products may have a longer delivery period – these products are marked as such.

From the time of ordering we will keep you informed as to what is happening by e-mail and will notify you of any change in status of your order – right up to the time of its dispatch!

Should you wish to return any items, please read the instructions accompanying your order. This will simplify the processing of returns for you and for us. Please also note your right to cancel your order.

The goods are dispatched in their original packaging. For dispatch and item packaging, please also note the instructions in line with the packaging regulations.
