Personal data

Personal data is information referring to your identity: name, address, postal address, supplier address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Your personal data is transferred in encrypted form using an SSL connection on the internet. We store your personal data only where this is necessary for the processing of your order.  We do not pass on your personal data to third parties.

For the purposes of credit checking, however, data is exchanged with service providers and with Schufa (German general credit security protection association). Your sensitive data is always taken into account in such circumstances.

If you use our other services independently of an order (e.g. if you subscribe to our newsletter), we require your consent to our storing your data.  It will be requested separately for the granting of this permission.  This data can be obtained from us at any time and your consent revoked at any time.

Anonymous data

When you visit our offer site, access information (date, time, pages viewed) may also be stored on our server. Such data is not personal data, but is anonymous. It will only be used by us for statistical evaluation purposes.

Use of cookies

Cookies are used on certain pages without our being able to notify you of this. Most browsers are set to accept cookies automatically.  However, you can deactivate the storage of cookies or set your browser to inform you when cookies are being sent.  The stored data will be deleted when you leave our website.

etracker web controlling

This website uses etracker technology (www.etracker.com) to collect visitor behavior data. This data is collected anonymously to be used for marketing and optimization purposes. All visitor data is saved using an anonymous user ID to aggregate a usage profile. Cookies may be used to collect and save this data, but the data remains strictly anonymous. The data will not be used to identify a visitor personally and are not aggregated with any personal data. The collection and storage of data may be refused at any time with respect to subsequent services.
